Finis Duo Onderwater Botgeleiding MP3-speler,Zwart/Zuurgroen

I purchased my Finis Duo in November 2018, and received it on the first week of December. I use it for half an hour a day, strictly following the care instructions. On February 11, I noticed that the wire that connects to one of the earpieces is hanging by a thread! I am scared to continue using this as it might cause harm or damage. This is after TWO MONTHS ONLY. I've gotten in touch with Finis helpline three times already in the past couple of days but have received error messages. So...either they don't want me to send these photos to them or this batch SUCKS. Either way, THIS IS HORRIBLE.

You would think that for this price you will get a good high quality device but it didn't last three months. The wires are broken and it stopped working.

Won’t stay charged! 3rd one broke 2 days after return policy ended. Grrr!

It works! Volume is not loud and better when submerged,as said, but it works. So if you need to plug your ears against water , this is a veey good solution.

Beware of wires coming loose on the earphones. And, a couple of days ago I noticed the wire connecting the ear pieces had actually split, prompting me to buy electrical tape. Then today, as I was about to charge the the Finis, I discovered the loose wires. This is my second Duo, the first a replacement for the Neptune. Docking can still be a problem. I love the Duo; if only the manufacturer took greater care and pride in product, it would be a winner.
