I purchased this for a friend who's over the moon about it, he's made up with the quality and ease of setup. He mainly uses it for social media and says the picture quality is very clear. For the price it's a bargain.

1. I installed from the CD and followed the instructions to the letter. I opened the CamApp and, "You have no video capture device". 2. I checked the drivers. All OK. I ran a Repair from the CD. All OK. I opened the CamApp and, "You have no video capture device" 3. I looked online for the problems and the common answer was, 'drivers'. See 2. 4. I checked my computer - Win 10 / Latest OS / Everything else working perfectly. 5. I gave up - uninstalled it and chucked it in the bin. Amazon have been good to me in the past so - at £9.99 - it's not worth the trouble of returning it. Maybe I just got a bad one. Maybe it is, indeed, me but honestly I can't be bothered.

This webcam was delivered fast. It came in original box with a warranty card and a small CD with the drivers. Overall it worked out-of the box no need to install the driver and first impressions were a good quality video. Its a 4 star due to its not fully tested in a live conference call which was the purpose I bought it. Good value for money.
