Used McAfee before and while covered by them never had any problems or issues while on line

I bought this for my laptop it’s working nicely, good price.

I tried to install it but it keep coming up with error code. So i ask my grandson to installit for me. It came up with the same error code. Then I got aphone call out of the blue saying it bwas McAfee customer support.But thankfuly my granson ask him some questoins,Also if he could give him hisnumber to check withMcAfee. He just put the phone down.Thank god my granson was there to check.Or i would have had my lap top hack.No matter how we tried it will not load. So of no use.

Does what it says on the pack. It makes me comfortable know I am safe when surfing the net.
