Works perfect! I was pulling my hair out when I couldn't get this thing to work. I have a separate fiber optic infrastructure for our wifi network (separate from corporate network behind firewall and stuff). This thing will not drop down to 100mbps... its gig only. (the equipment it replaced was 100mbps).... but thats my fault, not the products. Anyway, it works great and the price is right!

It works well, please note, to get the switches to see the fiber connection, I needed to reboot them first. The instructions said they were hot swappable.
