This is an absolute piece of rubbish. Ok to shave your face if yo want a 1 or 2 day growth stubble left , no smooth shave here ! Head shaving pathetic 3cm strips at a time , hair clogs immediately, flimsy, hold with 2 fingers , useless for the back oh your head, accessories are tiny and fragile and fall out , the beard trimming attachment adjustment works if you’ve got long fingernails but feels like you’re breaking it . Don’t buy it , it’s rubbish

My 360 blade arrived snapped inside the main unit, so they arranged to return and replace, not just send a new blade.They sent a UPS tracking return, we shipped the whole thing back, they received it on Fri 2nd, then nothing, finally today I get an email saying that they have received it back and will be sending out the replacement.Now 2 hours later I get an email saying they have refunded my order, which is a cheek as I had a birthday £10 voucher which is now useless, cannot be used again.3 phone calls and 3 live chats got me nowhere, I am sorry Philips your's has to be the worst customer service I have ever had to endure.Personally I would avoid if you like easy transactions and returns

Great product but I have to say that the case only fits the shaver and one of the five extra pieces that comes with it. If I’d of known this I wouldn’t have chosen that particular set. I now have to carry the rest of the kit separately and that includes the charging cable. So yes great product but pretty pointless storage/travel case.

Philips opted not to include any written instructions. Instead, they’ve gone with tiny, hard to interpret, diagrams. The supporting app is buggy. It took 6 or 7 attempts over 2 days to update the razor’s firmware (why does an electric razor need firmware?!). The app was unusable until the firmware update was successful. The shave itself is okay, at best. It doesn’t cut as close like a bladed razor, or even a foil razor for that matter. Expensive for what it is. Would not recommend.
