De Apple iPad Smart Keyboard-Fra wordt geprezen om zijn eenvoudige, directe koppeling via de Smart Connector, waardoor je geen Bluetooth of aparte batterij nodig hebt. Het lichte, slanke ontwerp maakt het ideaal voor onderweg en het toetsenbord fungeert ook als schermcover. Nadelen zijn de hoge prijs, beperkte bescherming (vooral aan de achterkant), en het ontbreken van verstelbare kijkhoeken. Voor gebruikers die veel Franse accenten typen, kan de indeling onhandig zijn. Over het algemeen is het een handige, premium accessoire, maar met duidelijke compromissen op bescherming en prijs.

Typing on a keyboard rather than on the iPad itself is much easier for me. The keypad attaches to the iPad and serves dual purposes: 1) a stand for holding the iPad upright; and 2) a cover for the iPad when folded down. I bought a "like new" keyboard for $40 less and you would never know it isn't brand new.

when the keyboard wants to connect, it’s great. It’s easy to connect the ipad to the smart connector but it’s difficult for the keyboard itself to actually work

iPad newer version, works right out of the box.. bought it for my 16 year old high school junior so he could keep logged on to all his classes where his older laptop was a complete fail. Works beautifully!

Did not have a cover included for back of iPad. This left iPad vulnerable to damage if dropped.

My 11year old daugther use it for school and plays games on it with her iPad 7 .
