De Samsung QLED 8K 65Q900T (2020) biedt een verbluffend scherp 8K-beeld en uitstekende upscaling, waardoor ook lagere resoluties er indrukwekkend uitzien. De hoge helderheid en sterke reflectiehandling maken hem geschikt voor lichte kamers. Gamers waarderen het snelle reactievermogen, maar de kijkhoeken zijn beperkt: het beeld verliest snel aan kwaliteit als je niet recht voor de tv zit. Dolby Vision ontbreekt en de agressieve helderheidsregeling kan HDR-effecten wat afzwakken. Het geluid is redelijk, maar voor een echt bioscoopgevoel is een soundbar aan te raden. Over het algemeen is dit een topmodel voor wie het beste beeld zoekt, maar er zijn enkele compromissen.

this is probably the worst experience I have I paid over 4000 for a TV, with in 1 year, it shows multiple images, dead pixels and when I reached out to SamSung customer service, after literally 10 hours waiting to the music tone two visits of their technician, The TV is still broken and they have no further information how and when it is going to be fixed. They refused to replace it even though it's within the warranty period. What's worse, during the back and forth of customer service, I realized there is an issue ticket attached to the product back in September2020 even though I bought it in Nov 2020, so there is a big chance they took a preowned broken TV, fixed it, and then sold it to me for new price. Worst experience ever!!!

Warranty almost up a month after I got it, thank god I called Samsung and they're giving me a refund on this piece of garbage TV. TV came with a black spot in the upper right corner. Amazon refused to refund. Samsung support sucks, don't take an exchange they make you wait until the warranty is about to end. Just take a refund.

This television is amazing, the colors are bright the looks of it is great, by far the best TV I've seen. I had an issue with another Samsung TV and Samsung customer service refund me the money because they were not able to fix the problem. I'm very happy with the choices I made, I highly recommend this TV you won't be disappointed.

Product is prima, alleen ik het er veel te veel voor betaald. Nu na 5,5 maanden kost datzelfde product € 751,00 minder ( € 3639,00 - € 2888,00). Jammer dat Platte TV dit als een normale zaak ziet en mij niet tegemoet komt. Voor de rest ben ik tevreden over het product.
