I have had the product less than 2 months and I’ve already had too reach out tothe company! The customer service lady was wonderful and took pics of it not charging and gave me info to start the process to get a replacement! When my wife and purchased these brushes we filled out the warranty info immediately so that they had it ! Now after I sent in pics and filled out info I haven’t heard a word from them ! As of right now it was not a wise purchase and to be fair my wife’s is working as advertised but mine totally was a dud and know one has responded after I took pics of serial number and sent in for them to send me a replacement! Just disappointed so far!

Philips tandenborstel kent geen concurrent. Zeer tevreden over de top resultaten die het levert. Nazorg die Philips levert is alleen het kopen waard. Klantenservice en het product is een voorbeeld voor alle overige internationals.

Zeer fijne tandenborstel met verschillende instellingen.Ook voor mijn zoon is de app heel fijn met de poetstimer zodat hij kan zien hoe lang je goed je tanden moet poetsen.

Phillips keeps making their products better. For me, the change from quarter-sector time cueing to sixth-sector cueing is annoying. Otherwise, it’s a great toothbrush.
