A good smaller than usual brush head, not as firm as many brushes which suits me. My gums get sore easily so a softer, smaller head is better.

The best toothbrushes I've come across - the bristles are soft enough not to damage my gums, but dense enough to clean teeth well. The only slight downside is the very odd colours you get in the multipacks.

Recommended by a dental hygeinist to keep my gum disease at bay. It has many more bristles than the average toothbrush thereby reaching all the surfaces of the teeth, it also lasts a lot longer than most.

Recommended to me by my dentist, and his practice did not sell them so no margin to be made. A very good brush and does the job. IMO worth paying for.
