The iPad Pro 10.5 is a great iPad you can buy if you want an Apple tablet that balances entertainment, productivity and a sleek 10.5-inch form factor. With the tablet-focused iOS 11 update, it's easier to switch apps, even if it's not quite a touchscreen MacBook. It's close to that. The new screen with thinner bezel and powerful speakers is also an audio visual treat.

I bought the i-Pad as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I was worried that it was refurbished and may show some signs of use. Because of that I also bought the protection plan. Well the i-pad arrived in perfect condition. It works perfectly with the Apple pencil and my daughter is thrilled. I waited a few months to review to see how thing go. I am glad to say all has been great. My daughter dropped her i-pad a few days ago and the case we bought didn't prevent a cracked screen. I am so glad I bought the protection plan because it is fully covered. The claim process was easy and I am now just waiting for the repaired i-pad to be returned. I am told it may take up to ten days but usually is much less.

We could not get the iPad to set up properly Even when working with Apple Support and have returned it. The return process was fast and easy but I’m still Very disappointed.
