De iPad Pro 13 inch (2025) met 1TB opslag en M5-chip biedt ongekende prestaties en een prachtig OLED-scherm met hoge helderheid en contrast. Het dunne, lichte ontwerp maakt hem makkelijk mee te nemen en comfortabel in gebruik. Dankzij Wi-Fi 7 en Thunderbolt 3 is de connectiviteit uitstekend. De nano-texture glasoptie is ideaal voor gebruik in fel licht. Wel zijn er duidelijke nadelen: iPadOS benut de krachtige hardware niet volledig, de prijs is hoog en accessoires van vorige generaties zijn niet compatibel. Ook is de duurzaamheid van het nano-texture glas nog onzeker. Voor creatieve professionals en veeleisende gebruikers is dit een topmodel, maar wie een volwaardige laptopervaring zoekt, moet rekening houden met de beperkingen.

I bought the Apple IPad Pro 13 Inch M5 3 weeks ago and I have experienced the differences between my Apple IPad Pro 12.9 Gen 6. My biggest disappointment with the M5 is the FaceTime feature which I use frequently for communication with my grandchildren, who live in a different state. Grainy and blurry video and the color is washed out not vivid and clear as the IPad Pro 12.9 was. Although the M5 is lighter in weight and supposedly has a wider screen (screen width not really noticeable) this to me was a downgrade and in future I will definitely read the pros and cons before buying again. In the past it really was an upgrade so my trust that this experience would be a better one didn’t pan out. Now I have to sit in bright lighting and jump through hoops to get a decent video chat with my family.

Great big iPad for the money. It’s like watching a full size TV, and colors jump out off the screen too.
