They had us send it back AGAIN AND FAILED TO SEND ANOTHER REPLACEMENT, they have had us pay twice for it and yet we have gotten NOTHING

I never received this product - I pad pro 13 inch . The money came out of my credit card three weeks ago. For $250. AT&T has been totally incompetent and has not delivered the device and has horrible customer service .
