De Braun ST710 Satin-Hair 7 Zwart wordt vaak geprezen om de IONTEC technologie die pluis en statisch haar vermindert, en de nauwkeurige temperatuurregeling tot 200°C die het haar beschermt tegen schade. Extremely disappointed with these as they make a very loud buzzing/vibrating sound (which I found very concerning). I'm currently trying to return them however having great difficulty reasoning with the seller as they want them returned in 'unused, unopened' condition which is obviously not possible as I had to open and use them to realise they were faulty!

positive: good product!! I have very thick and quite curly hair, difficult to straighten. This product fulfilled my expectations..:) negative/positive: The IONTEC technology did some work, although my hair is still frizzy. This is why I gave the four star rating. Very good product for the quality-price relationship. All in all I am satisfied and would recommend it!
