It's on my monopod. After having 2 strokes I cannot manage without it

I had 2 strokes so now use a monopod as I struggle to hold my cameras

Ik heb al een Arca Swiss plaat op mijn camera voor mijn statief. De monopod gebruik ik in combinatie met mijn telelens. Veel wisselplaatjes zitten elkaar in de weg als je de wisselplaat op de body en op de lens hebt zitten. Met de Arca Swiss plaatjes kan je ze zo positioneren dat ze elkaar niet in de weg zitten. Dus nu kan ik mijn telelens koppelen aan mijn body zonder dat ik eerst een koppelplaatje moet verwijderen. Lekker flexibel in het veld. Zeker een aanrader.

While this was a bit more costly than the Manfrotto monopod head I purchased years ago, it is certainly up to the job. Since I use ReallyRightStuff brackets and plates, the Arca-Swiss compatible plate was crucial to me. I have this mounted on the Steadicam monopod and its a fine combination.

I converted my monopod with this head and now my camera, lens foot, monopod, tripod and gimbal are all arca-swiss compatible, I call this photography heaven. I fitted it in one minute, a really great product.
