D'Addario EXL170 NICKEL WOUND LONG SCALE LIGHT 45-100

Really smooth, slinky and clear. A really nice clean sound for my fretless bass. People are already asking me where I purchased them and I’m happy to tell them.??

Love these strings. Bright sound and they’re great for my favourite genre of music which is rock. They’re also great for slapping (not so hot on that atm??)

I wasn't allowed to skip this review unless I got rid of my other reviews! So I have given it average even though I haven't tried the strings. I know D'Addario are really good strings though.

The strings were just part of a repair and set up of a 1971 Fender Precision Bass, carried out to a high standard.

I tried a lot of brands, this strings are giving a very warm sound on my Bass. I have D'addario flat wound on my fretless bass as well it's a real pleasures well !
