Daddario ECB81 Chromes Flat Wound Bass Long Scale Light 45-100

Requested delivery of my 64 Fender Custom Shop Jazz Bass with new flatwound strings fitted (asked for old strings to be enclosed). Guitar delivered fine, but new strings not fitted. This meant I had to bring guitar back to shop to get new stringsfitted)(Metro and car). Mentioned that I would like new strings fitted (as per original deal when agreeing to buy guitar with Cameron). Returned to collect restrung guitar later. Couldn’t have the replaced strings as they’d been cut off and disposed of! Fortunstely, the bass is great!

Great smooth strings. Would have been 5 starts but for the price.

First time putting on flat wound strings. Definitely never going back! They might be a bit more, but the tone and ease of playing make it worthwhile.

These sound incredible on the fender player plus, probably sound better than roundwounds and came highly recommended by Jay at the birmingham store and are a perfect fit.
