My priority with cell phones is small size. Internet and other bells and whistles are secondary. I just wanted a small inexpensive cell. to my surprise the inexpensive ones were significantly larger. So I paid over $300 for this one. I really don't see what justifies the additional cost over lesser phones. Plus the battery is permanent and inaccessible. I do not use face recognition or fingerprint so did not rate.

The phone is junk (DO NOT BUY) cut off calls automatically switch to video call now phone has went completely dead and DOES NOT WORK turn on or even charge. Wasted over $500 for this piece of crap!!!!!!!!!

Read some reviews about questioning the 'newness' of the phones received. Mine is brand new, never used in all new packaging. Came exactly as listed. Works with Verizon for me no problem. Just installed the sim card from my old phone and ... DONE. No bloatware version of Android is a huge plus and I'd spend more just for that fact. Updates came in quickly- within a day or two I'm running Android 11 with One UI 3.1. This is a great phone and one of the last 'small' sized phones you can currently get that will get you up-to-date software. I'd give it a 10 out of 10 if that were a thing.

So far so good! Good brand new phone, works with T-Mobile. Been a week & no problems.
