De Philips Shaver 1000 S1141/00 is een betaalbaar, gebruiksvriendelijk scheerapparaat met 27 zelfslijpende mesjes en een volledig waterdicht ontwerp. Het ergonomische handvat zorgt voor een stevige grip, zelfs onder de douche. De batterij gaat 40 minuten mee, maar het opladen duurt wel 8 uur. Voor lichte tot gemiddelde baardgroei levert het apparaat een nette, comfortabele scheerbeurt, maar bij dikker haar of als je een zeer glad resultaat wilt, kan het minder krachtig zijn. De pop-up trimmer is handig voor detailwerk. Gebruikers waarderen vooral het eenvoudige onderhoud en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, maar noemen de matige motor en het minder gladde resultaat als minpunten.

Another excellent shaver from Phillips. I've been using Phillips products all my adult life and this shaver is superb. The body is made from high quality materials and has a really good quality feel to it. The design makes it very easy to keep a good grip so getting a precise cut and finish is simple. The three floating cutting heads are very sharp so you can get a smooth, clean shave every time without getting any nicks or tugs.Battery life is very good between charges and keeping the cutting blades clean is super simple with a quick releases button, the head folds back giving easy access to the cutting heads.Excellent value and I'd recommend to anyone looking for a premium cut but without a premium price tag.

Very pleased with the shaver 1000 series so far, easy to use and clean, this is my 2rd 1000 series shaver. wil buy another one when this one needs replacing,

Difficult to get a close smooth shave. I have to press too hard and my face gets sore. Ihave had Philips shavers for years and this one is up to the job.

Been using for 2 weeks and so far so good. You don’t get the precision of a wet shave but a very smooth shave, no nicks, snags or catches. Nice ergonomics and styling, light and the ability to rinse wash is great! 8 hour charge for 40 minutes use is ok, faster would be better. 3 year warranty is excellent. Great value.for money at £45
