TP-LINK TL-MR3420 - 4G Router

Improvement Points: This needs a 4G sim card reader but I could not find anyone who sold one including Box from who I bought the router. As a result, I could not use it. A pointless waste of money.

This unit does exactly what it says on the tin. It was used to share a 4G connection after we moved house waiting for NBN. Connected to our existing Netgear Orbi wireless network with no problems and works really well.

The product is great, however I bought it to use as a mobile network. It did not work with the Huawei usb modem I have. I have to now buy another modem to work on it and it is difficult to find?

Good Points: Cheap way to turn a USB 3G/4G dongle into a WiFi hotspot that's more solid than a travel router.

So very happy with this item, it gives me a second WiFi in the house. I would recommend this to everyone. So easy to set up and operate.
