Before I bought this printer I had a lengthy phone call with Wayne from customer services. He helped me choose the right printer for my needs. The printer was delivered within 24hours of ordering and was set up and running the same day. Easy to use and has lots of features. The print quality is excellent.

incredible customer service very knowledgable and corteous staff prompt reply to all queries and questions with great patience. Short waiting time for delivery and general follow up technical queries sorted promptly. I asked serval question at point of purchase still comparing different printers and techinolgies the staff was very prepared and gave a very good and unbiased advice.

We can always trust Printerland to guide us. For this A3 printer we very nearly bought it without duplex printing which was a definitely a requirement for us. No problem for Printerland who sorted the order without any issue and delivered this brilliant A3 printer to us the next day
