I don't think this company should be using the part number 134A. My printer says it accepts 134A cartridges, but Gotoners' 134A cartridges don't work in my printer because my printer has an e at the end of the part number. For that reason, I believe they should change the part number to something else. I am in the middle of a return this company. It looks like a bit of a nightmare for me. It seems that they want to charge me for both the shipping to my address and the shipping back to their company.

I gave a 4 because I was asked to scan a QR code in order to change a setting on the printer. I received a 404 page. However, there were instructions included in the box so no problem. The best part for me is non-hp cartridges ALWAYS showed low although the documents printed looked fine. Yesterday, with nothing printing, I finally believed I had low toner. I have included a pic after calibration. Because the black toner still showed half, I did not change it. I'll but from this company again.
