Epson WorkForce Pro WF-6590DWF

Have used the printer for over 5 years. Initially, the first printer we received had a problem which the Epson support people fixed by immediately replacing the printer with a new one. Since then, the printer has operated consistently and superbly. After several years of heavy use, the printer is finally starting to lose some of the print quality that we have enjoyed with it and we will be replacing it with another one just like it. It is an outstanding printer/copier/scanner!

UPS DESTROYS EVERYTHING IT TOUCHES !!! Use another shipper UPS SUCKS !!!!

I've been using PC's since they came out in the 80's. This is solid, reliable, quality and durable model. I know it's a business class but it is well worth the price difference.

Cannot load envelopes in the paper trays/cassettes.

Great printer in quality, speed, color. No complaints with WF-6590 in quality and performance. But, wow is ink expensive. I have a small business, 12 employees and we go through $300 of ink in 4-6 weeks. I've easily outspent the cost of the printer in 6 months. I'm looking for a second printer in BW for lower ppg costs. I suggest you pay close attention to print yield and your realistic needs.
