I'm very happy with this handheld printer. It has great functionality and is really easy to use. All menu items are clear and easy to understand, even if you've never used this type of device before. It helps me label my network cable infrastructure quickly and accurately, saving a lot of time during installations and maintenance work. The printer is reliable, the labels look professional, and the overall user experience has been excellent. Highly recommended!

I purchased this label maker on Amazon 13 months ago. about a month ago label maker started acting weird. The screen was unredable, and I could not make labels any more. I have called 6 times allready. every time custumer support is asking for information they allready have. Brother has 2 year warrenty, it takes them more then 2 weeks to solve my case, I need my label maker for work. This is a good lesson for the future. don't buy anything from these guys!!
