Super service from Richer Sounds in Oxford - absolutely delighted with my purchase!

We bought the whole set up a few weeks ago and the service was outstanding right from the start to the after service we have received. We arrived a little later than anticipated but that didn't stop Rob, who assisted us, staying beyond closing time to ensure we were clear in our minds what we wanted. There was no pressure to buy, so a sale was made when we called the following day. The equipment (decks speaks and stands and amp, arrived quickly and even when we were unsure about a particular part of the set up, a phone call was all it took for us to be advised. We are so pleased with our purchases.

Although the vibration and dampening is poor on a MK7 compared to models from the 1990's. The digital pitch is so tight and a couplete game changer. This ensures mixes are more precise, RS were much better on price to order another Technics turntable and the delivery was fantastic too.

Great service from the Milton Keynes store answering all my questions, offering to try in store, organising next day delivery before 12pm, and providing an overall great service. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
