Great producto great service very prompt good value to comparisons

Was really looking forward to this product as it came recommended by a university sports coach. It's a bit fiddly to set up, but I got there in the end. Once it was all set up, I got on the scales. They read a kilo heavier than my old scales and 3% more body fat. I could live with that. I got on again and in the space of 30 seconds I'd gained 0.9kg and another 1% in body fat. I got on a third time and the weight and body fat had gone up even more. The scales aren't bluetooth, so you've then got to faff about with the SD card. Be warned the software is not Mac compatible so you've then got no way of accessing or reviewing the data! I contacted Tanita who were most unhelpful. My previous scales cost £20 did all the same reading as these do and at least would show the same readings 3 times in a row, so far more accurate. Thinking of returning these.

Looking forward to receiving this product but now disappointed.
