With "Herrera for Men (Eau de Toilette) | Carolina Herrera," you are dealing with a solid fresh scent that works well for me, especially on rather warm days. It didn't really blow me away, but to my surprise, my best friend found the scent quite good. The sillage was still quite good at the beginning, but over time the fragrance does fade. For the first 3-5 hours, I perceive the scent well; after that, it becomes more intimate. After 7-8 hours, I can hardly recognize anything anymore. The top note starts off alcoholic, synthetic but still fresh and, in my opinion, a bit aquatic. Here I detect herbs like rosemary, lavender, citrus fruits, and a hint of neroli. The heart note offers a combination of herbs and flowers. Here, peppermint, cloves, and rose geranium can be distinguished. The base smells balsamic with sandalwood, amber, and a minimal hint of tobacco. Yes, this fougère scent is unlikely to offend and is quite pleasant, even if it's nothing groundbreaking.

My favorite cologne . I have been wearing it since 1991. Many stores don’t stock it and you need to order it on line.
