I just use 1 pump or bit more on my shoulder length hair I believe my hair is 1a or 1b. I am not sure what's my hair density My ponytail ponytail circumference is 9cm which 3inch 3/4 something like that.I feel my hair getting thin and need volume but I don't like Dry finished and overwhelmed finished. It's bit sweet powdery I love it. Cons Price is bit high. Recommend to buy from shop has good return policy In case you don't like it.
