Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 Art Canon

Great lense,well made, a little heavy but not worring me. Looking forward to using it.

I use this lens on a canon r5 body and obviously use an adapter with it. The automatic functions are still super fast and I don't even notice a difference there. Sigma art lenses create images that are bit more contrasty than my canon lenses, but that's actually something I like. Over all I'm really liking it and glad I bought it.

deze lens nu een paar weken in gebruik welke ik eigenlijk voor het filmen heb gekocht. inmiddels de nodige foto's hier mee gemaakt en het resultaat is meer dan voortreffelijk. heb nu de 24/70 Art en de 70/200 Sport en de 150/600 Sport tot mijn beschikking voor foto en video. wel weer een flinke aanslag op mijn spaarrekening maar zeker de moeite waard. kan dus niet anders dat tevreden zijn over de 24/70 mm Art lens.

I got this as a less expensive replacement for my Nikon 24-70mm f2.8 and so far, it's doing the job very nicely. When comparing size with the Nikon version, it seems like it's not as long so doesn't take as much space in the camera bag, even though it's chunkier. Weight isn't noticeably different. One thing to bear in mind is the focus ring goes the other way compared to the Nikon lens, so that takes a little getting used to. Overall, I'm happy with it - good value.
