Good Points: Sharp from edge to edge Improvement Points: Too heavy

Super lens with great adaptability. Recently returned from Madeira where it was put through it’s paces. Landscape, architecture and portrait, well pleased with results.

Superb lens if a little expensive, but the quality compensates.

Very pleased with this lens. I have an array of lenses but wanted a top quality wide angle to do some serious landscape work. This fits the bill. It is super sharp. Images taken on my Canon 5DIV need no extra sharpening at all. It's a challenge to use a wide angle well, but an enjoyable one and the results are very pleasing. Wex were very good, too. I ordered during the Covid lockdown and it arrived promptly and was really well packed. Excellent service and a fine product, as expected with a Canon L lens.

Another great lens by Canon - great for interior shots (tripod usually necessary), adventure shots (took it to Utah and was perfect for canyoning, etc.), and many things in between. Highly recommend.
