No issues to report. I didn't buy it for that purpose, but the speakers are really poor quality. I doubt I'll even be able to watch a film with them.

You can only buy this product online if you pick it up in the centre of Paris, otherwise the postage is far too high for a product that's already very expensive. Your sales policy is very bad............................

The computer's battery lasts 2.5 or 3 hours, which is pathetic. The casing of the computer scratches very easily. The screen is marked with lighter pixels at the slightest pressure, particularly around the top fixings. Right from the start, there were bugs, a dead pixel in the middle of the screen for a while, bugs lasting several hours on updates, and other fairly frequent bugs even though the computer is new. The sound is lousy, I had to turn the speakers up to 200% to hear video conferences properly. The list goes on. Conclusion: I told myself, poor idiot, that I was going to support a local business by going to LDLC instead of buying online and getting good advice. I was wrong 2x: the advice was bad, I'm very disappointed with the product and on top of that when I wanted to return it after a week I was told there was no refund possible. I'll buy online with the legal 2 week return period, I'm not a sucker.
