HP Laptop - EliteBook 16" - Intel Core Ultra 5 - 32 GB RAM - 512 GB SSD - Windows 11 Pro

Bought it for personal use but found it could not handle even the simplest games. Would overheat and even shutdown.

Two days after receiving this product and in the middle of the initial setup and downloading of software, the hard drive crashed and needed to be completely replaced. Completely disappointed right from the start; hoping there aren't any issues moving forward with the newly installed hard drive.

Great machine with power that will last for years.

Well built laptop BUT the screen brightness (or lack thereof) is VERY disappointing even after using calibrating process. Would not recommend because of this.

The charging port was not functioning, and the screen had a dent. I had to send the laptop back to HP before they would send a replacement. Since it was a custom build, HP has had my $2,323 for over 60 days, but I still don't have a laptop, which has completely interrupted my business.
