I have been using HP PCs for over 10 years and I made sure to choose at least somewhat high-end models. With both professional and personal use, I need a mixed and efficient tool. My last HP was a Spectre and I switched to an Elite, and I admit I’m a bit perplexed because I’m faced with a PC that is ultimately ordinary. It’s fast—it's an Ultra 7—but the ergonomics aren’t up to scratch and unfortunately this PC change came with the forced installation of Windows 11. So I can’t clearly identify what is disappointing in the hardware or in the operating system. However, this PC remains a safe bet and I hope it will support me for several years, as its predecessors did.

The only downside is that if you need to modify or cancel an order before it has been validated for dispatch, you cannot do so on the website; you must contact customer services by telephone.
