Ordered to replace an older Dell laptop. A bit disappointed that there is no touchscreen, which I thought I had read it had one. My mistake. The keypad is extremely klunky. Letters are extremely large for some reason. I have an HP for work and thought that this was the same but an upgraded version to my work laptop, but it doesn't seem to be of the same quality or caliber. Positive features are the full number keyboard and that is does have backlit keyboard. But I'm not sure I can get over the awkwardness of the keys. Have just started to use it, so hopefully will get used to it. Fast delivery. Also didn't seem to come directly from HP, but again, I must have not been paying attention when I ordered. Fingers crossed all goes well with this purchase.

Had my last HP for three years and used for work. Traveled a lot with it, so it was exposed to lots of handling. It finally died so I thought I would get another HP ProBook. Glad I did, unit is very fast and exceeded my expectations.

The package arrived earlier, and it was well delivered. The laptop is fast, lightweight, and has a great resolution. The only problem is the touchpad because it's together with the buttons, and sometimes it's hard to select something or scroll without moving the cursor on the screen. I suggest buying a mouse with this computer. Also, the battery runs out in less than 8 hours, so you should keep that in mind. Anyway, it's excellent for students and people who don't need a powerful computer.
