This laptop was an excellent purchase; I really like the 17.3-inch screen. I was so pleased with it that I bought another one for my daughter.

Purchased 28.11.22 - worked quite well. Died 29.07.24 It didn't even last two years.

It's very bad when you're trying to edit a video or do any kind of video it will start to leting screen will go black it will start looking weird on the screen Very bad product

I MADE HUG MISTAKE buying this lap top the quality of the screen is horrible beyond recognition the screen has a very low resolution (1600 x 900) In the year 2024 all laptop should carry 1900 resolution and not less! i don't care what price you are paying for! I ADVICE ANYONE TO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP you PAY MORE MONEY to get crappie very mediocre image quality on your monitor! THE PRICE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF! u can get a 1900 resolution for the same price or less with different HP MODEL! with COTSCO or anywhere else!
