Great laptop. Fast and easy to use / set up. A great upgrade

I love this new laptop. It’s light to carry and it’s slim design is amazing

Great product at a great price. Had to wait afew weeks as it was on back-order, but it was worth the wait.

Beautiful laptop, excellent performance. Real shame that it now has been at the workshop for about 25% of the time I have owned it. ASUS and Mr Norman need to get their warranty process figured out. I was about 3 months old when the screen flickered a couple of times and then went black - never to work again. Before that the battery life was only about 4 hours, and the unit ran quite hot. I also had some weirdness where it would not begin charging until the battery fully depleted and the laptop switched off. So it has been 5 weeks since I took it back to HN and asked for a refund. Still waiting on a decision from ASUS apparently. This is far too long, and unacceptable. I have called the store many times, and I don't blame them, but this assessment process is awful. Give me my money back. It's obviously a lemon if the assessment centre can't work it out over 5 weeks.

So far it’s great piece of work. But fan noise gets bit aggressive sometimes. Same time it’s get hot when you trying to test it max out. But really enjoying the OLED display with touch.
