I have no issues with the performance of my device; it runs like a dream. However, I am disappointed that I received a device that does not have a backlit keyboard, even though I specifically purchased a model that was advertised as having this feature.

Overall satisfied with the laptop. Just disappointed that it specified BACKLIT in the specs and it is not.

I give this rating both for the device, which I know from having had one (which satisfied me), and for the LDLC store in Cormontreuil, which agreed to do everything I asked between the old Asus Vivobook and the new one. So a big thank you
