The user who stated it doesn't work with NIC teaming didn't read the long winded Intel post about this. For future users, it does work for Windows 10 with the following conditions met as of this date: 1. Windows 10 build 1607 (Anniversary Edition) cannot be newer at this time as Intel considered Creators build "beta" even though it releases the 11th [don't ask] 2. Latest Intel driver version 22.1

My motherboard had two internet ports that ALWAYS flooded, literally flooded, my router log with assignment/unassignment messages, sometimes dozens a day. The previous cards also demonstrated significant reductions in my tested speeds to 1/10th the ISP rated speed. I installed this card and those messages went away and my speeds went back to my rated speeds. I shouldn't have to replace network cards this way and I hated to lose my expansion slot but it was well worth the extra money to get network cards that actually work.

1 star deducted as not supported by intel proset, but using Microsoft driver instead. And lacp not enable by Windows 10 yet. So can't give full review.

Works well with Windows Server 2012. NIC Teaming was a breeze.
