De Brother 2104D Overlocker is populair door de eenvoudige kleurgecodeerde draadinrijging en het gebruiksgemak, vooral voor beginners. Dankzij de verstelbare persvoetdruk en het differentieel transport werkt hij goed op verschillende stoffen zonder golvende naden. Extra voeten voor blindzoom, piping en rimpelen zijn inbegrepen, wat de veelzijdigheid vergroot. Het compacte ontwerp maakt hem makkelijk op te bergen. Nadelen zijn het ontbreken van een ingebouwde afvalbak, slechts één standaard persvoet en dat de machine niet voorgeregen is, waardoor je wat extra tijd nodig hebt bij het eerste gebruik. Very good machine with clear instructions, both on the machine and in the instruction book. The service provided by Sewing Machine Sales was excellent, machine arrived exactly when they said it would.

After my old 1034D finally died I ordered the model which replaced it. I finally got it today and it’s much improved on its predecessor. I’ve only had chance to try it briefly but it all looks great.

Love this. Knife works well, several adjustments including one for stretch fabrics, number of threads and needles and several alternative feet. Would have liked a thread catcher as the fabric ‘dust’ goes into the machine and a slightly longer lead for the foot pedal but otherwise, very happy.
