Great customer service in Acoustic Room. As the only woman in the store, he treated me as an equal musician. The others ignored me.

My first guitar stand since I am learning to play the guitar. I did not know what to expect. But it is easy to set up and very mobile. I am pleased with the purchase.

Can't fault the service or the prices. When I've needed support, there has always been a helpful, cheerful person on the other end of the phone. I couldn't as for more.

It works really well and holds my massive dreadnought acoustic!!
