Personally I hate it and struggle to use it, but my wife who has Fibromialgia says it help tremendously relieve the strain on her arm. I guess that's who this type of product is aimed at.

perfect, helped with my wrist, wrist is perfect again, expecially with the stretches i learned, even can use a normal mouse now aswell,,, my reaction time does suffer on this mouse about 10 % vs normal mouse, just because of the way you wrist is tilted, you dont have that control, but excellent for RTS and browsing the web, wrist never hurts or nothing

Purchased this mouse after having tried the far more expensive ergonomic mice. Others tired the hands in comparison to normal mice, and so did not alleviate the pain caused when using them. Decided to go with Perixx due to a previous purchase, finding it to have been very good quality. Again with this purchase, Perixx have not let down. It has a sturdy build quality, as well good performance in all tasks - including casual gaming. The main reason for buying this was to alleviate pain caused by the convensional mouse. This did the trick, while being much cheaper than the competition. Highly recommended.

As supplied to me, it came in what appeared to be original packaging, but without the CD containing the software needed to program the buttons. The only downloads available on the web site are the drivers. When I ran the setup for this (after downloading a new unzipping package for the unusual format), the mouse stopped working altogether. If you don't want to program it, then it may be OK for you "out of the box", as it doesn't need a specific driver for the standard layout.
