Great mouse- takes a little bit to get used to but once you have it down it’s a game changer

I completely changed and upgraded my office computer accessories. This is my first trackball mouse. It takes some getting used to but I am a big fan. The button customization, ergonomic angles, and trackball ease of use are fantastic for a newbie like me. I recommend this mouse. I first read about it on Wirecutter, The NY Times expert reviews of electronics. I recommend that too if you want to read more about this mouse. 4 stars. P. S. Absolutely do not forget to add the spacer when you order this trackball. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve made the switch to the MX Ergo and are already loving it! It’s awesome that the ergonomic design and trackball ease are helping you settle in as a newbie. Great call on the spacer reminder too! Enjoy the new setup and keep rocking that upgraded workspace!

I've tried a dozen or more trackballs over 20 years trying to find one that fits my hand the best. This is the best one I've found so far. But my hands are big and this is really made for smaller hands. If i just put my hand on this normally with my thumb on the ball, my fingers are a good inch out past the buttons. So, I stress my hand reaching inward to use the buttons. I wish someone would design an expandable trackball. Put the buttons on an adjustable slide so users can adjust it to fit their hand. I'll buy the first one :) Hello Johnson, thank you for your detailed feedback on our trackball. We appreciate your suggestion for an expandable design and will definitely take it into consideration for future products. We look forward to serving you again soon.
