Excellent value for general purpose work with photos and graphics. I'm not a gamer, so I can't comment on such performance. Very satisfied. I would have preferred an adjustable height stand to match my other monitors, but they were adjustable, so no problem for me.

My 10 year old monitor started failing. It was time to replace it. Quick visit to a Staples web site revealed that there is a reasonable HP monitor in-store 5 miles away. The price was just great. I bought it online right away for a pick-up in an hour. It went smoothly all the way. No surprises. Thank you, Staples team! It took me 20-30 minutes to remove the old one and to replace and reconnect the new one. And it works well so far and looks good too. There was one negative though. It came with a stand that was very short. As a result, the monitor sits very low and there is no height adjustment. People tend to put stacks of printer paper underneath it, but I think that is barbaric. To address the problem I reused the stand from the outgoing 10 year old ASUS. It attached nicely and is a good fit for the HP monitor size- and weight-wise. So, all is well, but it is a shortcoming for an otherwise nice monitor.
