A brilliant phone with excellent spec for the price. You NEED to debloat it first though before using it as its full of crap and spyware. when this is gone this is excellent. battery life is wonderful.

I've had it a week the performance is poor the screen locks up and the ui system says it won't respond most of the time it randomly shuts down and I have no clue why the only thing is that the camera is decent

The phone sent was damaged. The first month you couldn't feel it. After that, the screen started to give problems, the screens doesn't turn on anymore. I want my total refund.

The phone came in a plastic air bubble bag and the charger came in a clear plastic bag. The phone condition is like new but, the charger has been used before making me wonder if these are reconditioned phones ? It was not listed as a second hand unit so it should be a new phone. Buyer beware I guess ?
