It's completely different from the cell phone I bought from another seller. Why is the function of the cell phone different when it's the same model? The weirdest thing about this cell phone is that the unplug headset doesn't work.

The phone stopped turning on in under 2 months. Probably a dud, expected more. I ended up having to buy a new phone

I've been plenty happy with this phone. Can't speak to the facial recognition or fingerprint cause I don't use them. For the price it's been just fine. Think I've had it for around a year now? It's...uh...it's pretty good, ya know?

The phone is great, but it lost network connectivity after a year of use. I've spent several hours trying to fix it, as had a worker at my local mobile carrier center. Apparently it's a hardware issue that other Samsung people with the a71 5g have experienced. No reason this should break with just over a year of use.

I've been using this phone for a day now, and I absolutely love it. This phone is a serious, serious upgrade from my $30 walgreens phone.
