This phone has severe network and signal issues that significantly affect its usability. When LTE/4G is selected, the phone should automatically switch to 3G or another available network if 4G signals are weak or unavailable, provided that automatic network selection is enabled. Unfortunately, the phone does not handle this transition properly. Furthermore, the network settings do not provide proper independent control over mobile data connectivity and the network used for voice calls. Whenever 4G coverage is unavailable in certain areas, the phone's network signals disappear instead of automatically switching to an available network. This is a serious software-related issue that makes the phone unreliable and frustrating to use, despite having already purchased it. I request the development team to address this issue in a future software update, enabling seamless switching between available network technologies

My brother bought samsung a07 and the touch of its screen stopped working after 8 months the shopkeepers and your customer care didn't cooperate and instead tried to gaslight us in believing that we were wrong my experience with samsung a03 was the same it's touch didn't work when headphones were plugged and the samsung customer care refused to cooperate. I just want to say that shame on you samsung for your built quality shame on you our two experiences with your devices have been awful sad horrific and we will never ever buy samsung phones again shame on you for your bad worst built quality phones.

I was using this phone since 10 month. Now it is having touch issues. Otherwise all functions are good. But if the touch panel would become faulty so it's become useless for me.

Kindly optimize the software despite it doesn't have Ai feature it lags and fix screen stuck issue all user experiences this issue

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A07 on May 20. It worked perfectly fine for the first 2–3 months, but after that, I started experiencing touch-screen issues. The screen gets stuck almost every hour, and it only starts working normally again after I press the power button to turn the screen off and then turn it back on. Along with this issue, the phone’s overall performance has also become very poor, with frequent lagging and other performance problems. This was my first experience with Samsung, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing one so far. I would really appreciate a proper response and a solution to this issue.
