De Panasonic KX-TU550 Zwart is een klaptelefoon die vooral geschikt is voor senioren dankzij het eenvoudige menu, grote toetsen en een helder 2,8 inch scherm. De batterij gaat lang mee en het toestel is schokbestendig, wat extra zekerheid biedt. De SOS-knop is handig voor noodgevallen en handsfree bellen werkt goed. Nadelen zijn het ontbreken van wifi, een matige camera en beperkte opslagruimte. Ook ontbreken FM-radio en GPS, wat voor sommige gebruikers een gemis kan zijn. Over het algemeen is dit toestel vooral aantrekkelijk voor wie eenvoud, veiligheid en gebruiksgemak zoekt.

Lovely little phone. Good quality sound. It was complicated to change the ringtone, customer service had to figure it out for me on YouTube, as there is no mention of it in the manual.

Compact. And easy to use. No chance of phone making accidental calls. Main function for my mums use when out and about to make urgent calls, get a taxi etc

Purchased the phone thinking it was like the Doro oldies phone however the interfacing software colour scheme is appalling light blue over white nice contrast NOT! And very small text but when you receive a text it's within a small white box with tiny text and NO ability to make text bigger. Getting over the fact the phone is not for the visually impaired it is in deed a dumb phone but the fact there is no way to enlarge the text is very poor, if that was implemented it would be a phone in competition with the Doro phones but slightly better made!
