The phone doesn't charge anymore so has become useless. But despite it under warranty (it's only 6 months old) Amazon are not allowing it to be returned! I can't contact them for this order. This is illegal as well as immoral.

This is my "mountain rescue" phone 800 mah is supposed to go 30/days on standby and 20 hours talk time. I have added a back-up battery to make sure and hopelly multiply that. Other than that its a basic (and 2g) phone. Km

Broadly good value, very good battery life, robust. Well-chosen range of essential gadgets (torch, timer, calculator, games, etc.) without overkill. But even when you add in a massive memory card, it persists in limiting you to about 350 saved text messages and I cannot for the life of me find out how to get it to save the texts on the memory card and not the phone - so I am constantly deleting text messages like it's 2001 still. Very frustrating and probably wouldn't buy this phone again if my current handset was lost or broken.
