De Motorola Moto G31 Mineral Grey valt op door zijn scherpe en kleurrijke AMOLED-scherm en een indrukwekkende batterijduur die makkelijk een dag meegaat. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is sterk, zeker gezien het heldere scherm en de relatief schone Android-ervaring zonder veel onnodige apps. Wel zijn de prestaties beperkt bij multitasking of zware games, en de camera levert vooral bij weinig licht teleurstellende resultaten. Ook ontbreekt 5G en is de verversingssnelheid beperkt tot 60Hz, wat minder vloeiend oogt dan sommige concurrenten. Voor wie vooral schermkwaliteit en accuduur zoekt in deze prijsklasse, is dit toestel een goede keuze.

The Moto G31 improves in several areas on the G30, including a better screen resolution AMOLED panel, that along with the clean software experience makes this a great affordable phone. The cameras are still so-so at best, though, but while rivals such as Realme and Redmi might read better on paper, you can't shake Motorola for the user experience on offer.
