I've had this phone for 18 months and have had to factory reset it 3 times because Android became corrupted. My Pixel Watch 3 won't synch to it and about once a week I have to restart it because it completely loses network connection. Google support is some of the worst I've ever seen and the Verizon support team is no better. I'm ditching this phone next week and actually going back to a 4g LG phone that works better. Save your money and your sanity, don't buy Google.

Worst phone I've ever had, camera is horrible especially if you zoom in on anything, Google forces you to use their cloud storage for your photos and email so they are not stored on your device and then they force you to pay a subscription fee or you can't receive emails or save photos. This entire phone platform is nothing but a scam for Google to weasel money out of you.

If I could give zeros start I would. Had phone for 10 months and now have a pink line that apparently grows in screen. This is a know issue with Pixel, they have extended the warranty to 3 years dc of this. HOWEVER they deny any any service to fix if you have the tiniest of cosmetic scratch. Horrible customer service. Don't buy. I'll never buy another Pixel. :(

This is my fat the worst phone ever made! I've had it one year and it has never worked properly,! The screen goes off & on, and a hundred other problems! I have always had Samsung galaxies and you can be sure I will buy one of them. In addition,the local Verizon shop tried to defraud me out of $ which they never sent to Verizon! I could say more,but there is nothing good about a Google phone or Verizon's " service"

I bought one of these new January 2025. I had problems right out of the box and it just got worse and worse. Then in August 2025 I called in because every day, multiple times, my phone would enter SOS mode and I would have to restart it (major problem because if I don't notice it soon enough, then I could miss an important phone call). So they sent me a refurbished one. Guess what? Problems right out of the box. Now here it is January of 2026 and it's even worse. It's doing it in the middle of calls, multiple times. So I just got off the phone with a super helpful tech agent through Verizon who said that it is a major, common problem with this model. Absolutely disgraceful.
