De Fairphone 4 128GB Grijs 5G is ideaal voor wie duurzaamheid en eerlijke productie belangrijk vindt. Het toestel is makkelijk zelf te repareren, heeft een verwisselbare batterij en krijgt vijf jaar updates. Wel zijn de camera's en prestaties minder goed dan bij andere telefoons in deze prijsklasse. Ook ontbreken een koptelefoonpoort, oplader en kabel in de doos. Je betaalt vooral voor het duurzame karakter, niet voor top-hardware. The Fairphone 4 is a fabulous phone for all sorts of reasons. It may not be the most powerful out there (but it's more than quick enough for my needs), but this is a phone built to last, and built with components that have been carefully sourced. Our disposable, lazy lifestyles are coming to the end of the road, and all other phone manufacturers should be forced by law (because let's be honest, they won't do it voluntarily) to follow the Fairphone model. This phone will be supported for years after other contemporary models have been binned by their manufacturer - not just with updates and spare parts, but with the free five-year extended warranty.

Good reasonably priced smartphone. Environmentally friendly in that certain parts of the phone can be replaced rather than throw the phone away if issues arise

I was attracted to this phone because of the long warranty and the fact that you can service it yourself. You can change the battery and the screen and most other parts that may need a repair. No other modern phone has this option. They are sealed so you cant make any repairs yourself. The phone itself has a good bright crsip screen and feels quick in use. A recent software update to the camera which was the only weaker feature now makes it a great all round phone.

This was a present but my husband already has one and we both believe in the Fairphone ethos. The phone is easy to navigate and has alot of capacity and features to use that my old phone did not have. Would recommend trying one.
