to note, if your phone isnt copying from your old phone you have to buy a storage package. im not too familiar with this but that was the only way to transfer my info. I didnt care for that

The online process was fine, but store pickup was slow. Part of ordering online is to streamline the process, but still spent 15 plus minutes in store.

We do not have the phone. Delivered to wrong address, and case still not resolved by AT&T 3 weeks later. Extremely disappointed
